Returns & Exchanges
We understand that sometimes things don't work out and that's completely okay.
At Row Row, we want every part of your experience to feel thoughtful, including when it comes to returning an item.
Our Return Window
You're welcome to request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please email us at admin@rowrow.life before sending anything back.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return :
1. Item must be unused, unwashed and in its original condition.
2. Original tags and packaging must be included.
Return Types
1. Quality Issues or Wrong Item
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we're deeply sorry. Please email us with a photo of the issue and we'll send you a free return shipping label via email.
Once we receive the item, we'll issue a full refund, including any shipping fees.
If you ordered one item: You'll be refunded in full.
If returning part of a multi-item order: We'll refund the value of the returned item (excluding shipping).
2. Change of Mind Returns
If your item is fine but you'd like to return it for personal reasons, you're welcome to do so.
We'll provide a local return address in your country.
Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund minus a 50% handling fee.
(Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.)
Why the fee?
Because our eco-packaging is not reusable once opened, all returns must be sent back to our studio for rewrapping, restocking and privacy-safe label removal, all done by hand.
It's part of our commitment to sustainability and protecting your data.
Exchanges
If you'd like a different size or item, we suggest returning your original item first.
After your return is approved, you can place a new order.
Refunds
After your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 2–3 business days to your original payment method.
Bank processing times may vary, so please allow a few extra days.
If it's been more than 10 business days since your return was approved and no refund has appeared, feel free to contact us at admin@rowrow.life.
Items We Cannot Accept
Due to the nature of some items, we can't accept returns on:
1. Intimate or personal care products (e.g Binder/Compression Top, Pillow)
2. Custom or personalized items
