Sizing & Fit
What if the binder I ordered doesn’t fit?
We totally understand - bodies are unique, and finding the right fit can take a try or two.
That’s why we offer one free size exchange for every binder. We’ll cover the shipping cost, and you won’t need to send the original back.
We may ask why it didn’t work - not to make things difficult, but because your feedback helps us improve and support others better.
Electric Product Warranty
Is there a warranty on vibrating or suction products?
Yes. All electric products come with a 1-year warranty. If something doesn’t work the way it should, just reach out. We’ll make it right. No complicated claims, no judgment.
Packaging & Privacy
Will my order be discreet?
Absolutely. All parcels are shipped in plain, unmarked kraft boxes/paper bags - no logos, no branding. Inside, each item is wrapped with care in reusable fabric or biodegradable materials.
We value your privacy as much as you do.
Eco-Conscious Packaging
Do you really avoid all plastic?
Yes. Every part of your package - from tape to filler to pouch — is designed to be plastic-free, recyclable, or compostable.
We even handprint on water-activated paper tape, because we believe warmth and sustainability can live together.

Where do you ship from?
There are two ways for our products to arrive at your place.
1. From local warehourse in your country to shorten delivery time.
2. Directly from our studio in Shenzhen, China.
Duties & Taxes
Customs & Tax Information
We’ll cover all customs duties for your order, so no surprise import charges from us.
How long will it take to ship my order?
We typically ship orders within 12 hours after confirmation.
Estimated delivery times:
HKSAR and Taiwan: 3–5 business days
Asia-Pacific: 6-8 business days
Canada : 3-5 Days
You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Can I return or exchange an item?
