Quality Issue

If your item arrives with a quality issue, free return shipping label to your email.

One item and return it, we’ll refund 100% of your order, including original shipping.

Multiple items but return only one, we’ll refund 100% of the returned item’s value, but not the original shipping.

Change of mind

We completely understand your journey evolves. If you’d like to return something, just simply return to our local return address.

Single-item orders, we’ll refund 80% of the product price (a 20% handling fee applies). Shipping is non-refundable.

Multi-item orders, returning one item also receives a 80% refund on that item. Shipping is non-refundable.

Exchange

We’re happy to offer exchanges too.

For Quality-Related Exchanges, you’ll receive a free return label and we’ll send your replacement item the next day at no cost.

For Non-Quality Exchanges, a US$10 international shipping fee will be charged. We’ll share a return address. Once the item arrives, your replacement will ship the next day.

Why Do We Charge a Handling Fee?

We deeply value plastic-free, sustainable packaging but it comes with added responsibility.

1. Eco Materials Can’t Be Reused
Once opened and repacked by couriers, we can’t guarantee plastic-free standards. We must rewrap items ourselves, using certified materials.
2. We Absorb Duties & Shipping
All parcels are hand-packed in our studio and shipped internationally, often incurring import duties that we have covered for you.
3. Your Privacy Matters
Shipping labels include personal data. To protect you, we never resell returned packages via third parties. We responsibly destroy all the printed information.
